Submit offer paperwork to brokerage
Disperse offer paperwork to all parties

Send "What's next" email to buyer
Review sales contract for completeness and accuracy -obtain signatures as needed
Submit paperwork to office (Skyslope, Dotloop)
Disperse signed paperwork to all parties - including copy of EMD
Send introductory email to coop agent, lender.
Coordinate home inspection scheduling
Order additional inspections - as needed
Communicate to lender to order appraisal
Get info to Title Company for closing
Communicate closing information to all parties - send "Prepare to Close" email
Provide weekly updates to client
POST CLOSING
Set up drip campaign in CRM
Send Thank You note to client - ask for referrals
